This recipe is for a whole small chicken. You can also adjust it for wings, thighs, etc.
GRILLED SPICY BBQ CHICKEN RECIPE
1) Cut your chicken in half and place it in a glass pan. 2) Drizzle it with hot sauce to taste. We recommend Texas Pete Hot Sauce.
3) Add Salt-Free Tony Chachere’s Seasoning to taste on both sides of the chicken halves.
4) Place the chicken in the center on a hot grill.
5) Cook for one hour on non-direct flame. Cooking time varies.
6) Enjoy!
BONUS VIDEO RECIPE: Air-Fried Mushrooms
1) In a bowl, add 1 1/2 cups of olive oil
2) 1 egg
3) Whisk until creamy
4) In a separate bowl, 6 oz of Panko breadcrumbs to the mixture
5) 6 oz of Italian breadcrumbs
6) 3 oz of fresh grated Parmesan cheese*
7) 2 tbsp oregano
8) 2 tbsp fresh parsley
9) Roll your fresh washed mushrooms in the olive oil and egg mixture
10) Roll mushrooms in the Panko crumb and seasoning mixture
11) Set the coated mushrooms on your air fryer’s tray
12) Place in air-fryer at 400 degrees to cook for 25 minutes
13) Mushrooms should be crispy and browned to perfection!
*You can use pre-grated if you prefer, but just know that it may not be 100% real grated Parmesan cheese. Many of those canned Parmesan cheeses contain additives, including anti-caking agents.
