BOLOGNESE SAUCE WITH PASTA
1) 3 tbsp of extra-virgin olive oil on medium heat in a large pan/pot
2) 1 lb of your ground meat of choice (beef, turkey, or sausage)
3) Chop and fry cook for 3 to 4 minutes
4) 2 celery stalks finely chopped
5) 2 finely chopped carrots
6) 1 finely chopped onion (any onion you prefer. We recommend white, yellow, or sweet)
7) 3 bay leaves
8) 4 tbsp parsley
9) Mix and cook for 8 minutes
10) Add another 1 lb of ground meat
11) Chop and cook for 3 to 4 minutes
12) Add 14 oz pasta sauce or canned tomatoes
13) 5 fl oz of white or red wine
14) 8 fl oz beef or chicken stock
15) 8 fl oz milk
16) Simmer for an another 30 minutes. Cover lightly.
17) Bring a separate large pot of water to boil
18) Add the pasta and cook until al dente
19) Strain the cooked pasta in a colander
20) Add cooked pasta to sauce
21) Stir and serve

BONUS VIDEO: GARLIC BREAD
1) Chop fresh garlic
2) Chop fresh parsley
3) Cut slits into French baguette roughly 1″ apart
4) spread softened butter between each slit
5) Top bread with garlic, parsley, garlic powder, and fresh grated Parmesan cheese
6) Wrap in foil and bake at 400 degrees for 16 minutes
