How to make our signature Panko air-fried mushrooms!

1) In a bowl, add 1 1/2 cups of olive oil

2) 1 egg

3) Whisk until creamy

4) In a separate bowl, 6 oz of Panko breadcrumbs to the mixture

5) 6 oz of Italian breadcrumbs

6) 3 oz of fresh grated Parmesan cheese

7) 2 tbsp oregano

8) 2 tbsp fresh parsley

9) Roll your fresh washed mushrooms in the olive oil and egg mixture

10) Roll mushrooms in the Panko crumb and seasoning mixture

11) Set the coated mushrooms on your air fryer’s tray

12) Place in air-fryer at 400 degrees to cook for 25 minutes

13) Mushrooms should be crispy and browned to perfection. Serve with bleu* cheese dressing and enjoy!
